How the Galactic Federation is organized.

The Galactic Federation is led by the Leadership Council of Nine. There are an additional twelve Federation Members – one from each of the twelve Cosmic Districts. Advisors include Alien Source and the Advisory Council of Five, which operates as a non-voting Board of Directors for the Galactic Federation.
